Sad2Glad was born from a deeply personal journey of understanding emotions, healing, and self-discovery. Neha Kansal’s path into counselling did not begin in a classroom — it began through life itself. Growing up in a large joint family, she was always deeply aware of emotions, someone who naturally observed, felt, and understood people beyond the surface. Motherhood became a turning point. When her younger daughter was born with a cleft lip and palate, what initially felt like a challenge slowly revealed itself as a calling toward deeper understanding and healing. Over the years, she explored emotional patterns, inner healing practices, and self-reflection — building a strong foundation rooted in real experiences. At the age of 38, she formally stepped into counselling and psychotherapy, combining lived wisdom with professional training. Today, through Sad2Glad, Neha supports individuals in reconnecting with themselves, finding clarity in difficult moments, and moving beyond temporary happiness toward a deeper state of fulfillment — what she calls Anand, a quiet inner balance that has no opposite.
